We’ve learned over time that there is some confusion about what a boat club, or boating club entails.

First, let’s set the record straight and be clear about what we’re not.

We’re not a boat rental company.

We’re not a fractional boating or boating timeshare group.

We’re not a peer-to-peer or P2P boating organization.

What we are is a members-only, private boating club, the oldest and largest in the nation.

It’s a fact: we were the first to pioneer and launch the boating club concept on a national basis. To date, there are 2000+ boats in our collective Freedom Boat Club fleet coast-to-coast, and 165+ club locations for our members to access.

As franchise owners and boat club operators, we purchase, own, operate and maintain a fleet of quality boats for our members to enjoy.

We have developed and execute a thorough and proprietary training program required for our members via U.S. Coast Guard licensed captains, so that all of our members are both safe and confident at the helm.

Because we are a club, we host a variety of fun social events for our members throughout the year, as well as ongoing seminars and educational opportunities.

Depending on the membership level chosen, our club members have the option to leverage our unique and very popular “reciprocal boating program,” allowing them to access our fleet throughout the country.

Yes, we’re a club and we proudly serve our valued club members.

We hope you’ll see the many benefits of joining us, and becoming a club owner, too.
